1. Remove the charge air cooler cover..
2. Remove the charge air cooler..
3. Remove the air bypass valve..
4. Plug ports A and B.
5. Verify that there is no air leakage when air is sent from port C.

If there is leakage, replace the charge air cooler..

3. Remove the high-mount brake light..
4. Remove the trunk lid opener switch..
5. Verify the continuity of trunk lid opener switch terminals A and B.
6. Verify that the continuity is as indicated in the table.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable..
2. Remove the column cover..
3. Remove the ignition switch..
4. Verify that the continuity between the ignition switch terminals is as indicated
in the table.
If not as indicated in the table, replace the ignition switch.
