Interior lights list
Location of the interior lights
■ Personal lights/interior lights automatic on/off
■ Automatic illumination of the interior lights
In the Subaru Solterra, the interior lighting system is designed to activate automatically in emergency situations, such as when SRS airbags deploy or during a significant rear impact. This improves visibility inside the cabin and assists occupants during critical moments.
The lights will automatically turn off after about 20 minutes. However, they can be manually switched off if necessary. For safety reasons, it is generally advisable to leave them on until the situation is fully assessed.
(Activation may vary depending on collision severity and specific conditions.)
■ Customization
The Subaru Solterra allows customization of certain lighting parameters, including the delay time before automatic shutoff, enabling a more tailored user experience.
NOTICE
■ To prevent 12-volt battery discharge
Avoid leaving the interior lights on unnecessarily when the Subaru Solterra EV system is turned off to prevent battery depletion.
